Is there really only one of each piece?

Yes — nearly everything we offer is one of a kind. We find a single piece on our travels, bring it home, and offer it once. When it sells, it's gone.

 

How do I know it will fit?

We measure every piece by hand and publish the measurements on each listing. Compare them to a favorite piece you already own — it's the most reliable way to know.

 

Are the pieces new or vintage?

Both. Some are newly made by local artisans; some are beautiful vintage. Every listing states the condition plainly, and we photograph and note any imperfections.

 

Something I loved has sold. Will it come back?

Usually not — that's the nature of one of a kind. Occasionally, when a piece is loved by many of you, we work to bring back something in its spirit. Our email list hears first.
