Refund policy

Because almost everything we offer is one of a kind, we take real measurements by hand and photograph every detail so you can shop with confidence. If something isn't right:

• You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags attached.
• Approved returns are refunded as store credit, which never expires.
• Sale items are final sale.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or not as described.
